Bjorn Lie is a Norwegian artist based in Bistol, England.

Inspired by old botanical illustrations, folk art and noir films, Bjorn's professional and personal work is playfully naive yet rich with detail and texture.

He seems drawn to anatomically incorrect characters and strangely beautiful landscapes, bizarre flowers and plants. He likes orchids, although their flesh is too much like the flesh of men, and their perfume has the sickly sweetness of corruption.

He seems to exist largely on heat, like a newborn spider.

His hair is thinning rapidly.

This regular fit t-shirt features chest and back Bjorn Venice address prints, with 180gm oe cotton jersey fabrication and a heavy enzyme stone wash.
