The Rock Box  Online Boutique is here to offer you a 24/7 fun stress free shopping experience!  We hope you love your purchase but know that mistakes can be made when shopping online when you cannot try on the garment before buying it.  If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a shop credit, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund if you simply change your mind.  Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults (see below).  

Please take care when trying on your new garment for the first time.  You should always remove your makeup and jewelry and be unperfumed before trying on..watch out for self tanner as well.  We will only exchange or issue you a store credit if the garment is returned in it's original clean condition..unmarked, unworn, unwashed.

Please note:  All SALE items and ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE.. no exchanges, credits or refunds.

 RETURNS and EXCHANGES...

  • Step 1 :  Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods by email or phone
  • Step 2 :  We will issue you a Returns Authorization Number
  • Step 3 : Box up your return/exchange in it's original packaging along with the receipt.  Items must be       UNWORN with Original Tags attached.  Customers are responsible for the cost of postage to return items back to The Rock Box.  We must receive the item back to us within 7 days of you first receiving it.  Please use a track and trace shipping method, we will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.

  • Step 5 : When the package is received we will assess the garment and send you an email confirmation within 3 working days, not including weekends or holidays.

 

SHOP CREDIT...

Due to the popularity of some items we cannot always guarantee that exchanges will be possible as sizes may sell out quickly.  If this is the case you'll be issued with a store credit to be used on the The Rock Box website and be notified via email.

 

FAULTY ITEMS...

The Rock Box team does a thorough inspection of all goods before being shipped to our customers to ensure they are free of any faults.  Any item that is returned as faulty will be inspected and a decision will be made as to whether it's a manufacturing fault or normal wear and tear.  

If it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault we will meet our requirements under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.  A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced first.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are deemed faulty if they have been damaged in transit, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Goods will be returned by The Rock box Store to the relevant manufacturer. Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear & tear are not considered to be faulty, and this will be at The Rock Box Store and the manufacturers discretion. 

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like an exchange of your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. 


STORE RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping must be prepaid with traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. THE ROCK BOX Store takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

THE ROCK BOX Store will reimburse the original shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

STORE SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using tracked courier packages. Your signature will be requested upon delivery. 
Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day. 
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched. 

If you refuse a shipment from The Rock Box Store you must pay for the original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to THE ROCK BOX Store. This amount will be deducted from your refund.Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

STORE SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer shipping within NZ at a flat rate of $5 per package.

 
STORE SHIPPING TIME

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Monday - Friday AEST (For in-stock items only) are shipped within 24-48 hours. 
Shipping time to NZ is 2-5 business days. Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and The Rock Box LTD will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 
Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Please note deliveries are not made on weekends.Orders are subject to availability. 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address. Goods depart the The Rock Box Store premise deemed in perfect saleable condition.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
Google analytics: 
PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where
