Directions:

Body Cleanser - Dispense into damp hands, lather, then rinse thoroughly.

Body Scrub - Use in the shower for a natural exfoliation and moisturising treatment. Lightly massage over wet skin, concentrating on rough areas such as knees, elbows etc. Rinse and pat dry. Use as often as needed.
