Tia V-Neck Tiered Midi Dress Black

The Tia V-Neck Tiered Midi Dress is a lovely tiered skirt midi length dress.  This dress features flowy relaxed sleeves, deep Vneckline back has a V cutout with a tie neck closure,  front waistband is fitted with no stretch and back is thin with stretch and pull back tie.  This dress is made from a light weight textured rayon/polyester fabric, it's non- lined but you should wear more neutral undergarments.
